Planning, organizing and visualizing ideas are often
difficult when trying to do them alone. We will meet with
you to discuss any design dilemmas you have and help you
through the decision making process to achieve your goals.

Room Redesign: $350.00
A new room is just a few hours away! Using what you already
have, ReFind Rooms will transform an ordinary space into a
warm and welcoming place that will enhance your level of
comfort and style.
We empty the room, and begin the process from the floor up.
First, we re-arrange the furniture, re-establish the
lighting placement, re-hang the art work, and finally add
the finishing touches with accessories….giving new life and
a fresh look and feel to your space. It’s amazing what
happens….and it’s all about you!
Downsizing or Relocating Consultation: $75.00
Need help deciding what to keep and what not to keep….what
to take and what not to take? ReFind Rooms can help you make
those decisions easier. And when you move, not sure about
how to use what you have? Together, we can develop a plan
for how we can make this transition smoother and the process
less stressful for you.
Personal Shopping: $75.00
Whether we shop together or on our own,
ReFind Rooms can
help find those special things that make a house a home. You
set the budget and we can take it from there.
Real Estate Staging:
Visual Inspection and Evaluation: $150.00
We visually inspect each aspect of your property, inside and
out, and provide a list of preliminary recommendations on
how to maximize the value of your property.
Detailed Report and Recommendations: $225.00
During this second phase we provide an extensive,
room-by-room list of suggested improvements and focus
directly on making your property more appealing and
marketable to potential clients. A proposal for a complete
staging project will also be available.
Complete Staging:
Prices will vary according to the size of
home and
the project.

staging service can provide the elements for a fast and
profitable sale.
Color Consultations $75.00
Confused about color? Not sure whether to go light, dark or
neutral??? Choosing colors for our surroundings should be
second nature, after all, we develop our sense of color
before we learn how to read or write. Colors we select to
live with, reflect a lot about who we are, and can effect
our day-to-day outlook. Deciding which shade, tone, or tint
of a color, creating a color scheme and how to use color can
be a challenge. I will help you discover your color comfort
zone, and develop a palette that will uplift, refresh and
reflect your true color sense while creating a home that is
pleasing to your eye, and delights your spirit.
